History 

Gottlieb & Co. was founded in 1921 as one of the first diamond importers in the mid-west and is located on Chicago's Historic Jeweler's Row in the Maller's Building. Importing diamonds for over 90 years and creating custom pieces of fine jewelry since 1969 allows us to provide unparalleled service and the highest quality pieces you can find in the Chicago area.

 

Over the years we have established connections with the best designers, diamond cutters, and engravers in the city. We always strive to exceed our client's expectations which is why we have lasting relationships with thousands of satisfied past customers.

Gottlieb & Co. specializes in creating unique custom rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants for the end consumer. We use quality material, diamonds, and gemstones in all of our fine jewelry pieces. Having an in-house CAD jewelry designer gives the consumer the option of sitting in our office to help design their own exquisite piece of jewelry.

 

Clients can make an appointment to sit with our Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and in-house jewelry designer for a one-on-one experience. Each of our custom pieces are stamped with the Gottlieb "G" that represents quality, integrity, and superior craftsmanship.
